We use UPS for our shipping because of the easy package tracking and predictable service they offer. Prices above are for UPS ground. If you need 2nd Day Air, the cost is 80% more.
If there is breakage:
Every effort is made to pack each product safely. Much care is given to our packing process and we have a very good record for safe arrival of our pottery. However; if there is breakage, keep the package with all the packing materials and call UPS to inspect the box. All packages are insured.
Returns:
We accept returned items within 10 days for exchange, credit or refund minus shipping charges. The item(s) must be returned unused and in good condition.
